Coworking vs. Private Office: Which One Fits Your Team?
The honest answer is that it depends on how many hours a week you need silence. Solo founders who spend most of the day writing code or copy usually do fine in an open desk setup with headphones. Teams that spend most of the day on calls almost always need a door.
Start with call volume. If you are on video for more than two hours a day, a private office pays for itself in avoided friction — no hunting for a phone booth, no apologizing for background noise, no rescheduling because the room you needed was booked.
Next, look at equipment. Two monitors, a printer, product samples, or anything you would rather not pack up each evening points toward a private office. If your entire operation fits in a backpack, open desk is the smarter spend.
Finally, consider growth. Teams that expect to hire in the next six months should choose a space that can flex. Our private offices range from single-person suites to rooms that comfortably seat six, so upgrading does not mean changing buildings.
Not sure yet? Book a tour and try the space for an afternoon. Most people know within an hour which side of the wall they belong on.
